30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In the same original condition in which you received it.
- Returned with all original tags intact and attached.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send items back to our business address without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may be difficult to identify and may not be processed.
1. Contact our customer support team at hello@originfa.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, registered email address, and the reason for your return.
3. Our team will review your request within 1 to 3 business days and provide return authorization instructions.
4. Ship the package back according to the detailed return instructions provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Responsibility & Fees
* Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).
* Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, or ordering by mistake), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
* Originfa Responsibility: If a return is required because an item arrived damaged or defective, or because we sent the wrong item, Originfa will cover the applicable return shipping costs. We will also arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@originfa.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence. We will review your request within 1 to 3 business days to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For ordinary returns, items that do not meet the eligibility conditions above, including items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery by the customer, may not qualify for return. This does not limit our responsibility to resolve items that arrive damaged or defective or are sent incorrectly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for your eligible item and place a new order on our website once the refund is approved.
Refund Inspection & Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or status of your refund within 1 to 3 business days.
If approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after approval. After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
